These Terms of Service govern your use of the SMYL Designs website and your purchase of products from SMYL Designs. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy, Shipping, and Refund Policies.

Online store terms

You may use this site only for lawful purposes. You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use our products or content in violation of applicable law or another person’s rights.

Products and availability

Many SMYL Designs products are handmade, produced in small quantities, or made to order. Slight variations in color, pattern, texture, or placement may occur and are part of the character of handmade goods. Product colors may also appear differently across screens. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct product information at any time.

Orders, pricing, and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Shipping and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. We reserve the right to correct errors and to decline or cancel an order when necessary, including for suspected fraud, inventory errors, pricing errors, or inability to fulfill the order. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.

Shipping, cancellations, and refunds

Order processing, delivery, cancellation, damaged-item, and refund terms are described in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. Earrings and custom or personalized products are final sale for hygiene and made-to-order reasons, except when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Intellectual property

The SMYL Designs name, branding, product designs, photographs, graphics, and site content are owned by SMYL Designs or used with permission. They may not be copied, reproduced, sold, or commercially exploited without written permission.

Third-party services

Our store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party payment, shipping, analytics, or other services. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our control.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. SMYL Designs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Changes apply from the date they are posted.
