Orders

How long does processing take?

Orders are typically prepared within 3–5 business days. Custom or made-to-order products may take longer when noted on the product page or agreed upon before purchase.

Can I return earrings?

For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale. Custom and personalized items are also final sale. If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with your order number and clear photos.

Can I cancel an order?
